Sold my JL 18 with 37x20 wheels, bought 37x17 on new 392 they are a little squishy (expected) on the highway compared however power is unmistakable learning curve. I'm only 200 miles in.

I'm running 38s on my Gladiator Rubicon with stock gearing; it handles 75-80 no real problem. With 470 horses - I'll definitely just jump straight to 37s...they are the new 35

Did you buy the programmer from them?
No, not sure what the deal is, but cost $145 to get it done. According to speed cameras and pacing with another vehicle, the speedo is accurate, or accurate for a non certified vehicle. Buy hey, might be smoke and mirrors for all I know!
Manufacturer have to abide by a Cafe rating for fuel economy, 33 is going to get better fuel economy. IN fact the economy on the highway that is on the window is at 60mph highway. Go to 65 or 70 and watch what happens.
I won't get political but one party thinks this is important I guess so we dont have to rely on other countries for fuel and I am sure the environment.
In addition the higher up we go the greater the center of gravity and chance of roll over so product liability plays a role.
On a positive note at least Jeep is now making the wheel wells larger, option for heavier duty spare tire holders, and other things that make it so we can put on larger tires and wheels without spending thousands in aftermarket,

Did you need spacers?
They were fine without spacers, with some very minor rubbing on the plastic fender liner on full lock turns, but I did add spacers.
@Battle.Rattle actually, I realized that this was an out of date post. The 35's needed no spacers and were perfect. I had to add the spacers when I switched to 37's - which are even better

Those 37s are on stock rims - I'm using the Nitto Ridge Grapplers at 37x12.5 which fit on the 7.5" stock wheels just fine.
Mileage has dropped, but my estimate is by less then 1 percent.

I see you have 37 inch Ridge Grapplers on stock wheels. I will go with 35 or 37 of the same. I think the 7.5 inch wide stock wheels are just fine but the specs from Nitto say the 35 or 37 should be on a 8.5-10.5 inch wide wheel. Did you have any issues getting those mounted? Many tire stores will not mount a tire on a wheel that manufactures say are not compatible.
I got them mounted at a Discount Tires here in Olympia, no problems.

I've seen Discount refuse to mount tires before. I hope it wont be a problem. I love the stock 392 wheels.
I like the look. Do you plan on adding a lift?
