35 inch Ridge Grapplers will not fit stock tire carrier.

Can anyone with either the Ridge Grapplers or the Trail Grapplers comment on if and how much louder they are compared to the stock BFG KOs ?? I want to go to 37" tires on the stock wheels. I have the Mud Grapplers on my 2004 Rubicon but they would be way to loud for the new ride - 2023 JLUR 392 XR. TIA

I noticed zero noise change from the KO2 to RG but I always have perf exhaust on.

My JLUR had 35” Ridge Grapplers. Bought them specifically because of their reputation of being quiet.

Put about 40k miles on them before the 392 trade in. They were fantastic. Very quiet for most of their life, however road noise did start to increase (my top is almost always down) during the last 5-10k miles.

I’m running 35” Baja Boss AT right now and they are also very quiet! Would definitely recommend either tire!

Thanks !! I was thinking, based on the tread design, that the noise - stock to RGs - would be close. I'm a little more interested in the Trail Grapplers and I'm sure they are louder, but the tread still looks tame enough to work for me. I'm on the fence between leaving the 392 XR alone and run the 35s or just going to 37s and seeing how much rubbing I get. Definitely don't want a lift that would involve new drive shafts, etc. Been there and done that twice !!
