Willys 392 Announced 2/12 , stay tuned w/ Mark Dodge!

I love the Willys 392 and the Moab 392. But putting the three 392 options together, I would still pick the Rubicon. Hell I have a two door Rubicon. Resale wasn’t my concern. I have the Jeeps that I want. That being said, I would sell my Mojave for a 392 Gladiator.

The Moab is a Rubicon with black fenders, tho. Minus a few other cosmetic elements.

Maybe a 392 Mojave Gladiator is in the pipeline. That would be sweet.

I would jump on a 392 Mojave X! Especially if it were priced like the Moab or Willy's 392. I still like the Rubicon 392. I wouldn't want the hassle of having the dealer put for color matched fenders on. Not to mention the included tailgate table. Hell, if I put that on a credit card and made minimum payments it would end up costing more than the $17,000 difference between the Rubicon and Moab.

I'm embarrassed by my own pettiness, but I'm mad at Stellantis for stripping most of the "cool" factor out of the 392. I would have rather they'd introduced a 5.7 at the updated (and far more reasonable) prices, still providing most of the advantages of a V8, but leaving the 392 with a little more cache. There's a reason the ZR1 and the GT350 are positioned on the edge of unobtainable.
