maybe next summer ill try some 5w-40 being here in PHX

Thankfully it wasn't like 120s hot this year only like 110-115.

IDK why but for some reason the idea of not running the recommended viscosity in this motor gives me anxiety.

I would like to get some AMSOIL but MB 1 is readily available.... I cleared out the NAPA store when they did not have enough of the euro spec 5w-50 and the manager let me sub the SC version...so I got every case of 6 in the store

maybe ill start doing 5w-40 when the daily temp avg is above 100, like may/june-sept/oct and keep the 0w-40 for winter,

we do get some 'cold' mornings here in the winter like low 40s or even mid 30s but there can be like a 30-50 degree swing, earlier this year we had like a 35* morning and the high being 110* or something totally stupid
