Oil filter removal cup?

I took a peek under the Jeep yesterday to scout out removing the black plastic ramp. From a very quick inpection it looked like there were two 10mm-ish bolts about 1.5" behind the ramp. Are those the ones to remove or is there something else hidden from view? Any tips?

If your talking about the engineering blunder funnel that’s supposed to direct oil away from who knows what on the Jeep.I just snapped mine off with my hand in a couple of pieces no bolts
