Roanie, I didn't realize that you had joined the ranks. It's quite a different experience, isn't it?

It makes me smile everytime I start it.

Yesterday, at a restaurant, a kid was videoing it when I started it out in front. So, any of you younger guys looking to draw in and impress young ladies...you bought the wrong vehicle. It apparently just draws in pimple faced teenage boys.

Changed the oil in my new 392 Moab yesterday. 981 miles, PUP 0w40 and a SRT filter. No fumoto on this one. I'll wait to see what skids I end up with on this one, before I put a valve on it. Somewhere I have a couple makes of valves laying around from the 3.6L My memory seems to be that they are the same thread.

Just in case you don’t know that oil filter can rub the frame if you flex it out. That’s why they have you use the smaller one that the 2.0L uses

Thanks for that information. I see it's close. Maybe only 1/4" clearance. I'll look for alternatives in the middle.
