That’s not the point! We don’t like to have “sales sharks” come into our forum and sell vehicles at UNFAIR pricing and take advantage of less knowledgeable members with their sleazy sales tactics. That is not what this forum is about. Several members of this forum are “calling out” this salesman for his deceptive statements. If he wants to be part of this forum then he should be honest and transparent in his statements. Just because I and others make a comfortable living and can afford a nice car does not justify being taken advantage of and ripped off by those who are dishonest. Think about that sir and I wish you well.

Who exactly did I take advantage of?
I posted a vehicle for sale with an advertised price that is clearly listed on our website. If you believe I used a sleazy sales tactic, please name one. I’ll wait.
What deceptive statement did I make? Again, please point it out.
I’ve had two members of this forum purchase vehicles from me, and I’ve always been straightforward with my customers. I don’t have to lie or use deceptive tactics to sell cars.
Nobody is being taken advantage of here. You may not agree with our pricing, and that’s completely fair. But calling me sleazy or accusing me of taking advantage of people without providing any specific example is pretty disrespectful.
So, rather than making accusations, show me exactly where I was deceptive or where I used a sleazy sales tactic. If I’m wrong, I’ll own it.

Define 'unfair', please. Also, a 'sales shark', really? It's not like his price is that out of whack. Is it the lowest? no. Is it the highest? also no. And by all means, mention a better price but maybe do it in your own posting instead of trashing OP's character in his own.

Perhaps he should have posted in classified where the posts are read only (or should be). There are natural market responses to charging more than the market will bear; Eventually, he will find a buyer or lower the price.

Granger may have to work a little harder. I figure most people with jobs that pay enough to cover a new $70-80K Jeep don't have the time to go to Iowa to save a few grand.

No, just you, brother. You don’t speak for “some of the members”—you speak for yourself. You’re the one who decided to jump into my post, lecture me about pricing, and now you’re apparently appointed spokesman for the entire forum.

I’m simply advertising a vehicle from an employee-owned dealership and giving people another option. If you don’t like the price, keep scrolling. It really is that simple.

Calling me a bully while demanding that I drop another $8,000 off a vehicle you have no intention of buying is pretty damn ironic. You’ve wasted just as much time arguing about my ad as I have responding to you.

So here’s an idea, brother: you move on, I’ll keep selling cars, and the members can decide for themselves whether they’re interested. You don’t need to police my post for them. Also, if you're gonna come for me, at least spell WASTED correctly. Have a fantastic day.
