With all of the support, our Warranty Specialists do their best to keep up and get back to you in a timely manner, which is about 3-5 business days. As long as you make the purchase and get confirmation that it was purchased, you should be good! You will receive documentations from the Specialists a couple days afterwards.

It will not be shown on the Jeep app. Go to Mopar.com and login. You should see it there.
