I got that initially too. You have to reach out to Mopar and send them proof of ownership. A .pdf of your registration works. They’re very attentive once you contact them. I’ll try and rundown the Mopar contact info I have for you.

So… after the dealer changed my oil, I went straight home and started the exhaust. My hearing has a deficit and I don’t hear very detailed noises. Something like a cylinder not firing for example.

now, I just installed the Air box, and typically look around any time I’m under the hood. I do this, just to make sure everything looks right. Also, with the various fuses, and other connections people have experienced, I check wires and connections.
well, after the air box, and replacing the motor cover, everything was good.
After the oil change at the dealer, I thought I heard the sound of a missing cylinder fire, and worse, was prominent in MDS. I PULLED The motor cover, and found one of the plugs to the coil pack was removed. I have a locking hood. The only other person ever in that engine bay besides me, was the tech who just changed the oil.
I don’t have proof, and really avoid accusing people. However, with a clip locking connection, nothing else adds up.

Here‘s another reason, out of 642, why we don’t trust dealers…

I’ll create another post relating to this comment about the coil pack being unplugged. I spoke with the dealer. They informed me there’s a tech bulletin about the coil packs not being fully seated and working themselves off the plug connector.
