First off, sick ride and congratulations!!
Secondly, I must say, if the dealer pulled that shit on me after a custom order, a several month wait and an agreed upon price I would have had an attorney call the dealer leadership. They may or may not have been able to do anything....but it would be worth the money to call them on their bullshit. Another and possibly parallel option would be to speak with the local news about a segment on how consumers are getting raked over the coals discussing your experience at that dealer specifically. At some point you've got to make a stand or we all get trampled on.
