JL No Limitz Issues???

Yes, shouldn't have a limit
  • Disables factory speed limiter (stay within limits of your tire rating)
  • Disables speed and torque limiters in 4 low
  • Disables torque management system/traction control
  • Disables MDS system (392)
  • Allows FULL POWER in 2WD on 4XE
  • Completely blocks access to the RF Hub, which prevents key programming
  • Can be turned on and off at any time
  • Simple plug and play installation
  • Silently overrides speed limiters and torque management
  • No permanent modifications
  • Nothing in the vehicle gets reprogrammed
  • Cannot be detected by dealer tools

here’s a strange occurrence.
The other day, topped out at the factory limiter.
Today?
I hit 120 mph.

Does it need to get pushed to the factory limiter, then after a restart, it’s good to go?
I know programming can do strange things. It just doesn’t make sense it suddenly works.

Just experienced a new issue.
Speed limiter is still governed at 99/100 mph.
Still no response from them.
I recently experienced the same problem. I had emailed them months ago about a different problem and never received a response, so I texted them this time and received a response within hours. Apparently, the cruise control must be turned off for the speed limiter to be bypassed by the No Limitz. I tried it and sure enough with the cruise turned on my Jeep topped out at 99mph. While holding the accelerator to the floor I switched the cruise off, and it began to accelerate again. It went well over 100mph with no problems. Of course this was performed on a closed course.

You would of thought that would of been included in the instructions

Wow! I've been very happy with my NoLimitz for the MDS disable, but was disappointed that my speed was still limited. Read that tip on the cruise control needing to be off, and voila, speed limiter disabled, wish I had known earlier. Another new reason to smile for the 392.

Well, last weekend I experienced the torque management system limiting my off-roading.

I am normally very smooth and easy on the throttle, but I was in a situation where I needed a pretty good bump, and it would just cut power and limit what I could do. I have never ran into this problem before, but it was frustrating.

I wish NL wasn't so buggy.

The second picture is my buddy who bounced off a tree trying a harder line.
