I like the Titan, but I would not want it on the stock carrier with all of the weight on the tailgate. So, if I have to change the carrier anyway, I'd probably just go with the AEV system.

or... I'm considering the NV Scout rear winch capable bumper/carrier, in which case the Titan would be a no-brainer. Still perseverating on it.

If the AEV setup still had the integrated water tanks.... I'd lean towards that, but they removed them I think for the JL.

Another thing to note is both the Titan and the AEV setup with the fuel tank supports up to a 37 inch tire, if you want to run larger meats, you're out of luck for a spare mounted tank.

I asked them about the Titan and running on 38-40" and they said it would fit but they couldn't guarantee it would be OK due to weight. The teraflex carrier should hold more than enough weight so I'm gonna give it a shot...
