Front receiver recommendations

I want to add a front receiver for a fishing rod holder (and maybe other hitch type accessories). I have an OEM front bumper without a winch on my '23 20th Anny 392. Are there any recommendations for what I should consider purchasing?

That's a winch setup in the video. I don't have that. I really want a receiver so that I will have options in addition to a rod holder.

The winch has nothing to do with his rod mount. They're just mounted to his bull bar. You could do the same with your three loop.
