Exhaust Leak or Moisture Dip

Had the Jeep back to the dealer service for an Exhaust leak right under driver seat. On start up before engine is even hot, there's water leaking from exhaust right at Y under drivers seat.
Is this Normal?
Dealer said that 392 has a moisture dip system to prevent water going through whole system - Is this water leak that? Sounded like BS, but ....
This is after Service fix, doesn't look fixed to me, does it?

Mine pees on startup when cold. Can wash the floor with it and the TRX. It's condensation.

Mine does this too. Now its drizzling on my skids

Mine does as well, though I changed to the MF Street system. Thought I didn't get something tight, but retorqued and all is right. Still dribbles at the X pipe to cat connection.
