For the second time in a month my battery light went on saying it was overcharging so I went to dealer to get battery tested, Dealer says since I have RSE Steps wired to battery that its most likely the cause and refused to test battery until it is rewired to auxiliary switches. I have had the RSE steps for almost a year with no issues until now. Thoughts anyone?

easy enough unwire them from the battery then see if it overvhaeges again
