Hey guys, Kail from Armorlite here. Currently just a v6 JL and JK in the stable, hopefully a v8 some day, either factory or AMW. Here to talk about Jeeps and answer comments about our product if they come up. Not trying to promote or advertise.

My 2024 came from the factory with Armorlite flooring and we have enjoyed it a lot. It is not installed in the rear cargo area of the Jeep, which would have been nice. I am not sure why Jeep didn't. Welcome!

Looks great, if you order the Armorlite branded cargo it works with the Mopar floor kit. I don't disagree with you, Mopar should buy the whole kit,

I had the full setup in my gladiator. Loved it! Reduced noise and floor temp. Planning to grab the full setup for the 392 this November.

One of the most useful upgrades to do. I forced my own hand when a 5gal bucket of used motor oil tipped over in the back, soaked the entire rear cargo area, filled the small compartment AND the compartment where the jack is stored. Also ran down underneath the rear seats. The nastiest thing I ever had to clean up, BUT, ripped all carpet out the following week and installed Armorlite and now we're solid. Still finding small streaks here and in the rear cargo, but hey, at least I'll never rust.

I've got the full kit in my TJ and I love it! I removed the entire interior and did a complete rebuild.
And Macydog approves of the Armorlite!

Anyone put Second Skin or Dynomat under armorlite and have any issues with fitment? Damplifier pro is only 2mm but thought I'd ask.

2mm is as much as I would go, lots of good product like dynamat average 1.8mm, and honestly you don't need more than that. Butyl is good for dampening vibration, or reverb, closed cell foam is an okay barrier. Fiber is the best for actual sound absorption.

My suggestion is always use butyl deadener in small amounts placed strategically in panels that don't have as much definition, you can use the knock test to listen for vibration compared to other solid areas. The companies that sell this stuff really want you to wallpaper it, and its not really needed.

If you use it with Armorlite we always say the above is our suggested application, and give a few inches around trim, console, seats, and definitely around the drain plug.

I too was disappointed when my 2026 Moab did not have the Armorlite installed in the cargo area from the factory. So of course I bought it from Armorlite and installed it myself.
I did have to cut some out under the passenger seat when I mounted an ARB twin compressor for my Kraken onboard air.

Thinking about buying it in pieces as budget allows. I know there is a slight discount to buying it all at once but I’m not too worried about that part. Thinking of going trunk first since that’s what will have things thrown in it mostly.

Save up and do it all at once. You’re not going to want to do it in pieces. Yes, you could do the trunk on its own, but the rest will need to be done altogether.

Highly recommend. You’re not going to want to remove those trim pieces more than once.

Just a few before and after pics. We returned from the Jeep Jamboree in Ouray, Colorado last week. The floors clean up so easy with a hose, brush and some Adam's cleaner. (Ignore the red Moab mud under the drain plug )
