any way to confirm this? Also, YouTube rumors are claiming Jeep has gone through their spring and shock system and the winch option will get a higher rated front spring to offset the weight. If true, very cool.
No way until 2024 arrives and spring part numbers can be compared between winch and no winch springs. On one video the Jeep Chief Engineer said they consolidated springs , shocks , etc to refine the build and make the build easier. Part of that must be why the Recon package is standard on the 392.any way to confirm this?
the only thing not happy about is antenna in the fricking windshield...the windshield breaks at least once a yearThe winch on offer, which can be optioned on any Jeep Wrangler, is an 8,000-pound-rated Warn unit with a synthetic line. The extra weight of the winch means that when equipped, the Wrangler will also have heavy-duty front springs. The Jeep had to be crash tested again when the winch was added as a factory option, which lead to larger plastic crush cans on the winch bumper.
Thanks for explaining the larger/longer crush cans, I had noticed that from some recent pictures but keep wondering. The winch on offer, which can be optioned on any Jeep Wrangler, is an 8,000-pound-rated Warn unit with a synthetic line. What options do you have? Also UWA strike will not happen.Placed my order with Jackie & Team at Granger on 5/8, but been stuck at C/D status ever since. Is this typical? UAW strike in September going to screw things up worse I'm sure.
No options except the paint, Hydro Blue. What options do you have? Also UWA strike will not happen.

Not if you are hiring a hotshot shipper to fetch it, but when you are scheduling a truck driver to pick it up and drop it off at a train yard, then waiting on the train's logistics to get a full auto transport car, then it spend a couple of days in transit, then another truck has to be scheduled to pick it up at the destination train yard, and take it to your dealer, where they need a full day to unpack, cleanup, and go through the post delivery inspection... Then think that your Jeep is one of thousands doing that dance simultaneously ... so yeah, it all adds up.Does it really take a full 12 days to get a Jeep from Toledo to Granger? I’m kind of surprised mines still listed as Shipped since 7/1.
