392 Tire Pressure Off-Road

I've had some screw on ones I've used forever. Adjustable pressure, just remove the stem cap, and screw on the deflators and drive away... no need to wait around for each tire to reach a target pressure. As you drive they deflate to the set pressure and stay there.

Found the link. Amazon says I bought these in 2010:

Thanks ordered these. Now I just need to order the ARB twin to air back up lol. My wallet is smoking from the last month of mods 💸💸💸🤑

Oh wow! Thanks for that! Every reseller had them out and discontinued. Ebay ones cost me less (version 1, dont know what's different with the v2s), so all good for now. Glad I can still recommend those Coyotes.

P.S. version 2 (8-65 PSI) seem to not need a change in springs to adapt them for higher or lower pressures. I prefer version 1 (4-56 PSI) if that's the case.

Have been using a Boulder Tools Rapid Deflator. It’s worked well for what it is. Just bought and about to install the Innovative AT 4-Tire setup with the ARB compressor and Bluetooth controller.
I have a set of the Coyotes as well as the Innovative AT /ARB set up (which, after having to use it unexpectedly to get out of a bad ice/snow situation, paid for itself after first use). The airdown/up is a breeze via bluetooth, and arb takes just a few minutes from 37 to 15 and back.

I just installed the Innovative setup yesterday and am very happy with it. I expected deflation to take a little longer than it actually did, which is nice. It still slower than rapid deflators but overall not too long and can do all 4 at once. The Bluetooth and app setup is very cool and so simple to use. Cant wait to get out and use it in the wild!

Every time I air down below 12 lbs (BFG KM3 37x12.50R17) my power steering hot light comes on. I have added the APEX power steering cooler but it didn't make a difference.

When my better half saw the compressor under the passenger seat after install yesterday I got an immediate, “you better not have installed a f—-ing ejector seat where I sit!”

LMAO I’m gonna tell mine that’s what it is!!

My wife used to ask any of those boxes for me? Now she just tells me more jeep stuff got delivered today!! I am going to have to sprinkle in some boxes for her to take the heat off

For the Sand and more so the desert here in the UAE, most of us Jeep guys run our BFs at 9 PSI. You can go as low as 6 PSI but you risk a pop out of the tire. When im in the mountains on rock trails, usually run around 15-20 PSI.

Came across this video today, very informative. Now I feel I could go down to 15psi (still being careful and chicken) for my first off road trail run, with the stock XR wheels and tires, non-beadlocks. Was thinking no lower than 18psi.

Well- i’m not a wheeling expert by any means, and I’ve only aired down to those lower psi‘s in extreme circumstances to get out of snow situations. It just looks to me, though that those tires are not aired down as far as they claim. maybe somebody who does deep snow wheeling more often can comment, but based on what i see in the video, passes the smell test.
Outside of that, that method wheel really does seem pretty cool, anddespite the very awful soundtrack, a decent video overall.

Same impression here. Their tires look inflated over the single digits, I was wondering.

I go to 12 psi all the time in my LJR. Granted it is lighter than the 392 but several people on the TJ forum claim single digits with no issues.
