In 10-years, you'd be much, MUCH better off buying a regular 392 XR and investing the other $50K somewhere.

I had the same exact sentiment… and who knows if that was even a legitimate offer?
I figured the guy was attempting to manipulate the system given that it was relisted so quickly.
of course..he had not one but two buyers willing to go over $130k and neither of them is bidding at least 110k now..both accounts that went over 96k "in a bid war" were his or related to him
