Will all orders be fulfilled?

Ordered well optioned Black XR on 8/13. Still in D status. No change in status. Got vin and von within a week.
Anybody else in this boat (or ordered earlier)?

My dealer did not have an allocation, but got the order to go through. Anybody know the likelihood that order will be fulfilled? Cancelled? Changed to 22?

Would I be better off cancelling and finding dealer with allocation?

I would def be ordering w an allocation...but my dealer did receive a few jeeps he ordered wout an allocation so who knows. Certainly cant hurt to place 2 orders tho.

I’m in the same exact boat as you - ordered my 392XR on 8/19 through dealer with no more allocations. Order went through and received my VIN & VON two days later. Both Jeep chat and my dealer said it WILL be built this year. I believe the final 2021 production date is Dec 2. I imagine anything not started the last week of Nov will be pushed to MY22. I’m gonna be SO pissed if that happens, but with all the supply issues I almost expect it. Oh, and I’m still in D status as well.

Yes many have ordered and even received 392's from dealers that were past the allocation allotment and Jeep picked them up. If you have a VIN Jeep has accepted the order and it should be built but these are crazy times so anything could happen I guess as we approach end of the year and shortages can screw things up but If you have a VIN, they plan to build your Jeep.

Kinda makes you wonder about the whole allocation system.

Placed my order for a 392XR on July 3rd, still on D. Someone else ordered from my sales guy, and his should be at the dealer on Tuesday. Really not happy about the way this is going at all...

It defies any logic. Unless it varies due to the options selected. For example, I ordered in June and Gorilla Glass was one of my options. Had to wait until July when GG became available. If it doesn’t get built by December, will they roll you over to a 2022?
