I was told by Jeep Chat that my vehicle is set to begin build either the week of July 26 or August 2. While my dealership emailed me saying that my vehicle is scheduled for build and shipment on July 29.
Anyone else have experience with this series of events?

I have found with my experience that the jeep hot line has more up to date info. than the dealer

They definitely do. I can check the order system for the most accurate info, but only after it’s provided, and the system doesn’t update on weekends, so there could be a change that we don’t see for a couple of days. Even when it comes to delivery, I’ve had some vehicles ordered that don’t show that they were on the truck until after they’ve been delivered due to system delay.
