Cheaper than a “Final Edition”. Good call to add steering.

What shop? 7 or 8 is a lot.
High Country. Labor is high, but I trust them. I don’t like anyone else touching my jeeps or bikes.

I try to do most things myself. But gears and now this are beyond my capabilities.

I might give them a call and see what all they are doing.

I think You’ll also need a few other items. I would do a Dtcm so it has 2wd indicator on the dash. Otherwise you’ll have a service 4WD light all the time and 4WD auto light flicker. But Maybe they leave the actuator motor attached? Maybe the new tazer upgrade makes the dash say 2wd?

I grew up around that and was going there in the 80’s. Always been a good shop.

I didn’t get specifics but I asked about the DTCM. He said Tazer.

I need to drill down into that before they get me in next month. Also curious how they boot the twin sticks.

Yup, I concur. Plus they have their own custom fab shop so they can address anything that comes their way.

Talked to High Country today re their Atlas installs…

- They use the Tazer.

- They have an upholstery guy who can either make a twin boot or modify the stocker for $250. I want the transfer case boot to match the tranny stick.

- The drive indicator to the right of the left clock is dark, but no SERV 4WD light. Doesn’t bother me.

- Use Front Range Driveline driveshafts.

Had them upgrade my track bars, tie rod, and drag link to Teraflex after bending the stocker this past weekend. Was shocked at how much the front axle shifted with just Clayton performance springs. You can see it in the gas station pic.

Also having them install PSC steering with the Atlas.

Oh, and Adam Levine’s old coyote powered Bronco was there.

Which ratio Atlas did you go with?

The Sinclair station in FairPlay. Crazy how crowded that area is now. Was there yesterday…. I left conifer 20 years ago since it was overcrowded. Can’t imagine what it is like now. Glad 285 is not part of my life anymore. Now it is just the insane drivers of CO9 that I deal with….

I ordered the 3:8. Ordered it in April and it keeps getting delayed. New shipping date is 9 October 24. I'm doing the install myself.
My 4.3 shipped pretty quick. I’m excited for that and PSC.

So what is the feedback on the ratio selection?

I was thinking 3.0 , I wasnt sure if I needed to go lower with the tourque we have.. I have fusion 60s on 4.88's on 40's.

Mt tcase rumbles like the chain is stretched at 13k mles, but I am hard on it.
