I dont think it is the fix for all 392’s…I don’t even think it is the fix for 10% of the 392’s. But, some folks will push what the stock case can handle and need an upgrade…and some will upgrade b/c they want to. I probably fall into the latter category. I dont know the number, but would be interesting to know what percentage of Jeeps go off-road. We bought ours to off-road and so far we have with trips to smorr, hot springs and Moab With KS Rocks planned for January, Palo Duro in April, Colorado in July, etc. I will move to 1 ton axles and at that time will most likely install the Atlas in an effort to proactively strengthen the case and potential cost savings with buying driveshafts once.
