What tires did YOUR XR come with?

So mine was built at the end of December as one of the last 2021's and arrived at the dealer in early January. It showed up with 315/70/17 KO2s which I assume they all did.
Reading on another page... I understand some people had them delivered with actual 35x12.5x17s.

They are special C load rated S speed rated KO2s. I assume BFG makes them special.

Yes, the 315's are but not the 35's right..?? 35's are E1 load and R speed for 106 mph. Even on BFG's website, it has our 315's but no 35's being C load or S speed.
A picture of one of the actual tires in question would be awesome if anyone has one.

The person on the other forum didn’t provide a pic, but indicated they were 35s C rated.

Most people would consider a 315/70R17 35's. I have the KO2 in that size on my LJR in load range C but with lower speed rating (thank God). Dont need to go any faster than that in that Jeep.

Which is pretty much what every 35/12.50 is.

What the OP is getting at is that most 2022 XRs are coming with 315/70/17 and at least 1 with 35/12.50/17.
couple things about that are the 35s load C are a BFG mystery. And 315s are spec’ed for 8” wide rims and 35/12.50s need 8.5”.

My 2014 AEV JK had a 5.7 with 4.56 gears, 37” KO2’s… I liked them.
My 2021 AEV XR 392 with 4.56 gears, 37” KM3’s… I LOVE them!
They are much better in the rain vs the KO2’s, zero drone on highway at speed.

That whole thing is the reason I posted this. I too suspect it was someone misreading the tire or making an assumption
