I know 37's would fit but I didn't want to lose that much acceleration. I was also worried about the ride. It hasn't been 24 hours yet and I haven't driven on the highway but initial impressions:

I like the stance. Not as striking as my previous Jeep on 37's but it rides so much better I don't think I would like to go with the same lift as I had on the other Jeep.

The ride is slightly different for sure. Not as jittery as my other Jeep but not as buttery as with the stock M/T's. But overall worth the slight sacrifice for the improvement over stock look. (if only a little improvement)

Acceleration is muted. I am quite confident it wouldn't do low 13's in 1/4 mile as in the video posted recently in another thread. But again, I wanted the slightly more aggressive stance/tires over stock so I am good with the slight loss of acceleration over stock tires. Can always change out the gears if it was a big issue. But at that point, I would lift it (hopefully lifts would be out and available) but only if the lifts provided a good ride. And then I would go with 37's along with the gear reduction. I think that is the final destination.

More impressions to follow.

Looks great, it really should have come from the factory like that with 4:10 gearing.

Looks great. What width tire? Any issues with the spare (taillight/backup sensor)?

They are 12.50 wide. The tire actually rubs a little on the bumper as i open and close the tailgate. But it is actually kind of nice because the tire is technically 'resting' on the cutout in the bumper which offloads the carrier. There is absolutely no rattle or tailgate flex when driving so I am going to keep it this way.

The ride is also much better than my other jeep with the metal cloak lift. When you combine the better ride with no noise on bumpy roads (and of course the 470hp) I am loving this set up already.
