DO NOT PURCHASE ANY JEEP PRODUCTS FROM JIM MARSH JEEP CHRYSLER IN LAS VEGAS.

I ORDERED A JEEP WRANGLER 392 OVER 8 MONTHS AGO. I SHOWED UP TO THE DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE MY VEHICLE AND THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES.

That’s crap!

How cauld they when it’s a sold order in your name

WTF! I would not let that slide. Not that you are going to get that particular vehicle now....but Id definitely raise hell.

There are other stories of dealers trying to pull this type of stunt. They get someone who walks in willing to pay $20k ADM. This practice needs to be reported to Jeep, at a minimum.

I agree....Not that it really matters, but did you have a deposit down and any kind of receipt or contract from them?

I would at least cause them some grief with FCA if I could. This kind of behavior needs to be punished purely based on principal. Vultures!

The key questions are... Was it a Customer Sold order or was it a dealer stock allocation order that they customized for him? Was there a deposit on the order? Does the OP have a POC (Priced Order Confirmation) listing his information as the buyer? If it was a Customer Sold order and the OP has a POC, then he needs to get in touch with RamCares/Chat and inform them, Ram dings dealers hard for not selling (especially selling out from under) to the named customer on the POC. If there was a deposit he may actually have legal action against the dealership either through the state's consumer protection agency/attorney general's office or privately for breach of contract.

I am so sorry this happen but I think we need more details if available. I am watching my dealership weekly due to an underlining level of trust and personally I would come unglued if this happen to me. I do hope you can get some resolve out of this situation with time.

Definitely need more details of the entire transaction before I can get ALL CAPS MAD!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately this is not rare occurrence. I ordered a Range Rover years ago; went to pick it up; they had sold it that morning to one of their “preferred customers”; that’s when I realized I “wasn’t preferred”, at least by Range Rover standards. My recommendation: Walk away and pretend it never happened; otherwise you’ll burn up a lot of brain cells and a lot of time trying to exact revenge...and in the end, the dealership will still be in business and you might just develop an ulcer -- it ain’t worth it.

They generally have better lawyers

Years later I ordered another Range Rover; I went to pick it up; the two rear doors had different wood paneling; the front fender skirt was detached from the body; the passenger side ventilated seat motor literally “screamed” when you activated it -- I walked. I took it as a sign from above and never considered a Range Rover again. They were a bad dealership selling a bad product. Fortunately my local dealership honored my 392 “contract” at MSRP -- no games.
