Hit Jeep Chat up with your VON number would be my suggestion. That's how I got my VIN back when I was inquiring or hit up your dealer is the other option. Hope that helps!

My dealer seems to have better more up to date info than Jeep chat. Fortunately my salesman has been great about giving updates when I ask. Jeep chat gives me vague reply's when I have reached out at least to this point.
