Does anyone know how long the USB Media Ports stay on after the engine is shut off (and the doors are opened)? I hear maybe an hour. Anyone know of any way to have them shut off immediately when the Jeep shuts off?
We have 3 media ports; 2 USB A and 1 USB C.
I assume if using a wireless Android Auto / Apple Carplay adaptor it would make sense to use one that has a USB C plug.
I know in the IT world USB C can both charge and pass data faster than USB A. Does anyone know if this also holds true for the Media ports on the Jeep?
