I’m having trouble deleting my previous ride, a 2019 Dodge Challenger, from Uconnect. I talked to both Jeep and my dealer who went into their systems and deleted it, then I deleted it from MOPAR.com; however, I can’t figure out how to delete it from the Uconnect App on my phone which also lists a Ram pickup I sold years ago. So, why should I care? Because every time the knucklehead who bought my 2019 Challenger from the dealer let’s his gas tank go below 1/4 tank, I get a text message warning; this happens frequently. Today I went on the MOPAR.com website and found this photo in “My Garage".

Well, it’s in your garage because it’s missing a wheel!

:ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO:

Seriously…. I get it. I’m still getting oil change interval notices, recall notices, and monthly reports for a vehicle I got rid of almost 2 years ago…

I had this exact same BS happen to me with a truck I used to own. Ram Customer care sent me to Sirius XM Guardian to get it removed from my account. Their number is 844-796-4827, once I called them, they were able to address the issue....hope that helps.

Have you tried removing your previous vehicles using the Mopar owner's companion app? It's in the menu of your Uconnect app.

Go to your vehicle's in your garage and click on the pencil link

Then remove vehicle

Still no joy. Went to the MOPAR Companion App, logged in, which opened up the same MOPAR website that I accessed previously. Still shows just my Rubicon 392 in "My Garage" with the missing rear wheels. Neither of my previous MOPAR vehicles are resident in “My Garage”, so no way to delete them. No Worries. I will give the MOPAR folks another call tomorrow. Thanks.

Got it. Alright, let us know if you find a way to do it.

I called Uconnect. They deleted my two previously owned vehicles. Hopefully this will stop the notifications from my sold Dodge Challenger. I called MOPAR about the bizarre photo (Jeep with no rear wheels) in “My Garage”. She told me to make sure it was in a .jpeg format; that worked! Mission accomplished. FYI: Although Uconnect is linked to MOPAR, they each have separate customer service offices and cannot answer questions about the other. It seems like Stellantis could save some money and customer frustration by having one center that can speak to both Uconnect and MOPAR issues.tempImageBBRGyo.webp392 JPEG.webp
