I know that tire pressure had been beat to death but this has never been addressed as far as I know.
What is the best pressure for drag racing on ko2's?
I dropped mine down to 32 from the stock 40 (to high Imo). Rides better like this with no significant impact on fuel economy. Haven't tested launching yet but lower pressure should help dry launches. Aev called for 28 psi on my 2013 jkur which seemed just right. I would air up the rear when pulling the camper (32-35psi).
I read some threads about lower pressure in cars helping launches but never thought about if for Jeeps.
Any racers got any input? Also what about different pressures in front vs rear since we have that added weight in front from the hemi?
