Tazer Mini JL

Just curious, what site are folks buying their Tazer Mini programmer from. I bought one on Amazon...had to send it back...it did not work.

Did you plug in the Tazer to your computer and update the software? I think they all come with software that is out of date for the 392 and have to be updated. Also, for the initial setup and changes in setting you have to reboot it and sometimes twice.

Yes, I did update the Tazer to the current Firmware using my computer. I noticed when I plugged the tazer into the USB port on the computer, the small led on the Tazer came on. The same small light never came on when I plugged it into the SGW cable in the Jeep and turned the ignition on. I tried it several times and nothing worked....must have been defective...sent it back....

No I havent even taken it out of the box yet
