I was late to the game and did not order a jeep until recently. I instead called every dealership in all 50 states to find a 392. I called high and low and spoke to many different personalities and both what seemed like uneducated and once in a while educated sales folks and managers. You all know the story. Every single one had a different story or understanding of the process. After many rejections and passing on the few jeeps I found at $5K to $30K over I took a break to go on vacation. The second day of vaca some 1400 miles from my home I called one of the jeep dealers in town to ask about a 392. just for fun. Let me check I think we have one out front in the lot under a tree. 5 minutes later I was racing to the dealership. The kindest nicest buying experience I ever had even at full MSRP but with plenty of positives with the deal. top dollar for my trade in. 8 year warranty and some other dealer perks to boot. I could not believe it. A new 392 with 13 miles on it. Good luck to everyone and perhaps more units will be freed up every month. I am so VERY HAPPY right now.
