I just got my Rubicon 392 and love it. My question is when I start the engine I always get a flash of smoke? Oil? Is that typical? Also do you all take your 392 to quick oil change places??

No it's not normal and no don't take your 392 to quick oil change places. Either do it yourself or take it to a mechanic/dealer you trust.

EDIT** Wifey just told me that she did see a little puff of white smoke when I started mine yesterday but had not seen it previously. Perhaps it has something to do with moisture??

Thanks for your response. I’m gonna take it to the dealer.

500 miles is the break-in period and if you don't know how it was handled, might want to get that checked out. Blue-white smoke == oil. Take a video.

My 2020 Scat Pack Challenger 6.4 would blow a puff of blueish smoke at start up, and I bought it new & broke in properly according to the manual. It burned no oil & had zero issues before I sold it at around 6,500mi. My new 392 Wrangler does not puff smoke on startup, but still has less than 300mi on it (break-in is torture!)

I would think it could be PCV related. Does it happen every time, and how much smoke. are we talking? Peace pipe, or rolling coal? A tiny bit at startup might be just unburned oil in the PCV tube clearing, but much more can be a sign of a bad PCV valve or o-ring.
I routinely check my oil after a 5-min cool down, and I see very little usage, maybe 0.25 quarts in 3000 miles. I also use a catch can so I can monitor the PCV oil discharge which is not surprisingly about 0.25 quarts per 3,000 miles driven.

Personally, I would not go to a quick oil change place. I worked at one in High School and I was an idiot. Take it to a professional shop or do it yourself as @Electrified said.
I use my dealer, for now.
