Does anyone have any other contacts to try at Jeep? I can’t get any answers as to what is going on with my 392 order.
- Dealer: no information
- Jeep Wave : form letters that have now pushed my delivery back 4 times - doesn’t respond to emails.
- Jeeps Cares social media: took a couple of days to say “we can’t do anything we are referring you back to the Jeep Wave rep.” Absolutely a waste of time.
- Called corporate: I see your ticket some will call. No call.
I feel like I should cut my losses and go test drive something else at this point. I ordered the 392 in July and as far as I can tell the vehicle is lost. People ordered in November taking delivery now. Poorly managed factory logistics.
