Sky One Touch Top Issues?

I was at a Jeep Dealership in Austin this weekend looking for a Jeep Wrangler for my daughter (not a 392). While speaking to a salesman regarding the Sky One Touch Top he said that Jeep temporarily suspended making Wranglers with the Sky One Touch Top until they sort through issues regarding leaking of the top. Prior to ordering my 392 with the Sky One Touch Top I searched the internet trying to determine if there were issues with water leaking into the Wrangler from the top and really didn't see thing. Is anyone having issues with Sky One Touch Top leaking?

The only issue I read regarding the top leaking is if the hard part of the top (hard top frame) is removed and then re-installed, then the Sky One Touch Top would leak. Have not heard or read about other issues with that top.
