Anyone have recommendations on seat covers, especially the front? I want to be able to hop in in a wetsuit or get it rained on a bit. So I guess my constraints are, in order:

- waterproof
- well-fitted to the seats, not some big baggy thing
- nice looking

I've tried to research based on other jeeps, but the 392 must have different seats. For example, on this site they note 392 incompatibility:

...which makes me wary of any general JLU solutions.

Ideas?

Those Bartacts are amazing! It's what I have on my 2003 TJ. I would contact Bartact and ask. They are very helpful and would probably custom make them for you.

Thanks - I have emailed them and will post here if I hear back.

I've also heard of these: https://www.roughcountry.com/jeep-neoprene-seat-cover-set-91010c.html

but again, no way to tell if they fit in the 392... I just don't know how our seats are different.
Thanks. Just an opinion on water proof seat covers, due to their nature of being made with unbreathable material they can make your back and legs very sweaty. The Bartacts are water resistant (not water proof), but made with a breathable material.

I heard back from Bartact. They are interested in making seats for a 392 but have yet to get one into their shop, for taking measurements and making a template. They even offered for me to bring mine by....but they're in southern cal and I'm at the opposite end of the country.

I'm sure they'll see one soon, and I'll keep watching their site.

Great! Thanks for letting us know. They are close to where I live. I might bring my 392 when/if I get it.

I'm pretty sure the 392 seats are the same size as the (new) Mojave seats. Can anyone confirm? If so, this should help broaden the market for any would-be seat cover businesses.

I've been in contact with Bartact and they are working on the 392 seat cover issue but they are not sure if it is the same as the Mojave seat as they didn't have a Mojave seat when I talked to them but are working on it.

I'm Holding out for the BarTact front seat covers. The rear seat covers and front armrest cover from BarTact are on the way!

I like these Black Panther Seat Covers because they protect the area most important, where you sit; they don’t interfere with your seat airbag deployment; and they expose enough leather so you can enjoy a little more luxury while you drive. Here’s the link:

I put bartacts in my 2020 rubi. They are great bc w the 2 door every foot steps on the seat and console to get into the back seat. They hold up ridiculously well and when dd left the top down during a florida STORM there was almost 1.5 inches of rain in the all weather mats but the seats were 100% dry! The seat covers are not soft, more like rough but they need to be. They took abt 2 hrs to put on.

I like the Bartact's and have installed them on the rear seats of my new 392. However, the BarTact reps inform me that they do not have covers for the front seats yet because they have not obtained a 392 front seat specimen to model from. BarTact is looking for someone to send them a seat to use as a prototype. Any takers? Contact Dominick at BarTact if interested in providing a seat for them to prototype.

I haven't received my 392 yet. I hope to get it by the end of July. If nobody has taken a 392 to them, I will do it. I live about 10 to 15 min from their business.

AWSOME! Thank you! Just so you know... Dominic offered me a free set of front covers if I would send him my passanger seat. He did indicate he would return it :).
