It was easier to take out the whole pump to install the boost valve and run the return line to the cooler than fight it in place. More accessible is kind of a point of view, the valve is in between and behind some hoses but you can still get to it for adjustment. Don't know about the winch clearance yet as haven't gotten to that yet but looks like plenty of room.

Thanks, I was looking at the JL(non-392) install video...it looked like a lengthy process involving cutting metal brackets and removing/replacing lots of stuff. When I was under the 392 the other day, I thought I saw the boost valve in plain sight...maybe it was something else.

If you look up at the pump from inside the passenger side frame rail just in front of the black plastic reservoir you should be able to see the pressure spring retainer as shown in Apex's directions. It's almost straight up the frame rail. No air box bracket to cut, it comes out pretty easy.

Still waiting for the body shop to finish painting the panels so next project is to remove the 40% seat and put a flat panel in it's place to mount my Engel Refigerator/Freezer.

Got the panels back from the body shop and starting to install them. Brightens up the interior quite a bit, it was kind of drab with all the black and gray.

That looks really good! I do not understand why Jeep does not paint the interior panels the same as the body color, I personally would pay for it if it was a option.

Found out that the factory USB ports on the right side of the dash are low power, my GPS will discharge even when plugged in. That wasn't going to fly, so I found a high power charger and tapped into the cigarette lighter, ran a couple of USB cable up the dash to the RAM mount for the phone and GPS - no cords hanging all over the place. Ran a high power cigarette lighter socket in the adapter with two more USB cables under the center console next to the seat for her phone which is surgically attached to her hand - power problem solved.

Picture of cooler is on post 13. It is installed according to Apex's instructions, pretty tight but fits well, we'll see when my winch bumper ever arrives.

I went back to the start of your post and re-read the whole thing I see were you removed the electric sway bar disconnect do you think that allowed you to mount the cooler further back?

Don't know for sure as I didn't pay that much attention because I was always going to run the Anti Rocks. I think that the main thing that would be in the way is the bracket that Apex tells you to bend down for additional clearance. I mounted it exactly according to Apex's instructions, bolts holes are drilled in the frame to their measurements so I don't think I gained any advantage.
