Removing dust and pollen

What is the best way to remove dust/pollen in between washings? Want something that won’t leave fine scratches or any damage. Jeep is stripped down for summer and gets super dusty!

I used these way back when in AZ when 1 of my cars had to sit out under the extended carport.
