Recall for intermittent starts

A recall showed up in the Mopar app for my 392. States intermittent starts. It is not listed as a safety recall. I can not find any info on it online. Has anyone else got this or have any idea what it is for. I'll be calling the dealer tomorrow.

It’s for the bolts that attach the starter. Apparently they come loose.
