rear view mirror plastic surround

Does anyone have any pics or info on removing the plastic that surrounds the rear view mirror? I need to take it off and put foam in it to cure the vibration issue. TIA

Rearview mirror vibration noise

There's a vibration/rattle coming from my rearview mirror assembly. If I squeeze it the right way the sound goes away for a few minutes, then returns. I tried tightening the screws on the sides and bottom but thy just spin helplessly and don't tighten. Anyone have a clue what to do before I book...

I have 2 screws on the sides and 2 on the bottom I can pull the end off but the actual plastic that surrounds the mirror is really on there. Any one have any instructions how to remove the piece?
