2021 Wrangler 392
Hello:
I recently purchased a 2021 392 and after two days the radio completed died. I used my 2018 JKU as a down and had installed the Insane Audio system because I hated the Uconnect. Now I’m over three weeks and no replacement warranty radio in site. Has this happened to anyone else in the group?.

Hasn’t happened recently, but it’s not uncommon. You may want to try disconnecting the power and allow about 12 hours for it to “recover.’

This fixes freezes and “blank” screens usually - so hopefully it’s just a blank screen versus a dead head unit.

The blank screen is frozen, no audio, and appears “dead”

Hope it resolves or gets fixed soon! Welcome and nice 392 (aside from the radio!)

Hard reset…push the 2 knob buttons in for 20-30 seconds. When you release it should reboot… or not
