Today was the first time getting the 392 naked. This thing is unbelievable. I absolutely love it. The hardtop lift I built for my old sport makes it real easy (pic of the lift is with my old JL sport). Also put on a few new decals. Would love to see everyone else’s naked 392s!

Can you post details or photos of the hardware you used on the lift? I'm using a single-point lift right now but yours is exactly what I've been wanting to rig up. Looks great.

Thanks! Parts list is below. Cost me about $350 in total for parts from Home Depot and Amazon and took about a weekend to put it all together.

-2x 2x6s
-About a dozen very large lag bolts to mount everything into the wall and ceiling
-2x 50’ 3/8” 310 lb nylon rope
-2x ratchet straps (to attach to the rope to lift the hard top)
-6x zinc rope clamp set (to make the eyelets)
-4x lag bolts with eye hole
-4x M25 single pulley
-4x 3/8inch wall pulleys
-4x stainless steel spring link
-1x 440 lb electric hoist
-1x 2’ x 1 5/8” unistrut to mount hoist to wall

So I decided to go a slightly different path this year. While I still prefer to go totally stripped down, there is always the danger of pop up rain here. Hence, the jtops boot and leaving the grid on. I must say that I think the grid on the jk was much better, as you could just throw it in the back and put it on if needed. All that to say, options are the best part of a wrangler - but the absolute BEST option is the HEMI. Love to hear your thoughts on the difference.

Took the 392 out to the range for the first time today. Two of my favorite pastimes - Jeeps and guns!

Looks like a nice place. My outdoor range that I have been a member of for 10 or more years just closed. Cant find a suitable replacement.

Three days old and already has her first trail blisters. Wife’s JTR in the background.
