I’d assume it’s coming from somewhere higher up and collecting there. Clean it off with some brake cleaner and see if it shows up again. If so, you’ll have to do some further investigating. I had a tiny drip on the bottom of the starter of the TRX which was from a loose oil sensor near the filter adapter. I had two small leaks on the 392 that were from my adapter area but it showed right at the adapter assembly. Small oil leaks are sometimes a pain in the ass to track down.
