Which is exactly why I sold my 4runner and ordered the 392. In my mind, I've ordered This:"We better enjoy what we have, while we have it........things are changing rapidly."
If the wranglers are only coming in electric or hybrid - I hope y’all sales folks are saving your money because y’all about to go through a major sales drought! For the third month in a row, ALL dealer stock allocations have been 4xe only across all states – gas has been sold-order only.
There’s a chance that may go through until end of year – and if it doesn’t the CARB states will still be 4xe only for lot-stocking either way
Sold Orders are the way to go if you’re looking for gas Wranglers!

I guess you don't have any friends in Europe? Do you? Luckily we are like 10 years behind them with EV junk here in the US. They don't have any options anymore as of now. In many countries you cannot get any brand new gas powered vehicle anymore as only hybrids and ev appliances are available. Also, even though gas prices are (and always have been) outrageous in Europe it is now cheaper to drive a gas car than an ev. And yes, ev charging used to be free there. If you don't see what the problem is, open your eyes before it's too late.I don’t see what the problem is. You can still get what you want, and now dealers are going to have a harder time price gouging on the more desirable vehicles.
Got plenty of friends in Europe. This country would do well to be more like them instead of living like a bunch of dumb knuckle dragging Neanderthals. But my point is that neither Jeep nor Biden is forcing anyone to buy an EV Jeep. You know what, it’s not the end of the world, your heritage isn’t being ripped away from you, your family isn’t being assimilated, this isn’t Hitler Germany, you’re not getting your freedom taken away, we aren’t any less America because of it, like some people are acting on here about it. It’s just a friggin car and just a business decision Jeep made about dealer stock. If some idiot wanders onto a dealer lot to browse and has no idea what they want, Jeep has decided their first choice may as well be a hybrid.I guess you don't have any friends in Europe? Do you? 100 years ago the governments were not forcing or bribing people to switch from horses to cars. Cars were simply superior hence people moved towards them.I really want to know if there were "Well you can take this horse and buggy from my cold dead hands" guys out there 100 years ago or if this is a new thing. I love my 392 but I'm not going to be that guy if/when times change and I need to drive something else. Like @Sulley said, it's a car. I don't get my identity from it.
And horses are still legal and around today. Go figure.100 years ago the governments were not forcing or bribing people to switch from horses to cars. Cars were simply superior hence people moved towards them.

I can't help but laugh when the same people that get upset at "Big government!!!" for telling them what they can do are also perfectly fine with the government telling women what they can do with their body, what people can choose to dress and present themselves as, and what books can be read in schools. Do you consider those things government overreach or is it just the stuff that inconveniences you personally?100 years ago the governments were not forcing or bribing people to switch from horses to cars. Pull a horse onto I-10 and let me know how that works out for you.And horses are still legal and around today. Go figure.
All of that is overreach. The government is way too involved in our lives.I can't help but laugh when the same people that get upset at "Big government!!!" for telling them what they can do are also perfectly fine with the government telling women what they can do with their body, what people can choose to dress and present themselves as, and what books can be read in schools. Really? This is your argument? Do you realize how ignorant and nihilistic this sounds?100 years ago the governments were not forcing or bribing people to switch from horses to cars. Cars were simply superior hence people moved towards them.
It wasn't me who brought "horses and buggies" into the table here.Really? This is your argument? Do you realize how ignorant and nihilistic this sounds?
Such a statement is nothing but loaded language with no real meaning. All it does it express some emotion you have about government. Have you thought about it? Can you write me an essay about how our government has over reached more than other governments that are better off than ours? or cite me a study showing how better governments in other countries yielded a better result? All you are doing is expressing some obscure frustration you have about government doing something you disagree with, and hyperbolizing it into an infringement on your freedom, when in reality there is no such thing going on here. This is the kind of talk you should save for buddies on arfcom, not a Jeep forum. All of that is overreach. The government is way too involved in our lives.
Hop in any EC and take a 2000 mile trip and let me know how that works out for you......Pull a horse onto I-10 and let me know how that works out for you.
