So after a short four month wait I picked up my granite 392 on Thursday. Makes my 2010 JK seem so sluggish, lol. I missed out on getting the XR package but I wasn’t willing to risk missing out on a 392, who knows when it will be cut.
I have been taking it easy on the skinny peddle until I hit the first 100 miles then bumped it up a bit. Can’t wait to let this monster rip. I ordered rockslide engineering steps, weather tech floor mats and a winch plate this morning, looking forward to building up another Jeep.
Quick question. This is the first performance vehicle I have ever owned and I’m curious what oil and filter people are using and has anyone seen a puff of smoke during startup?

congratulations!!!!

Yes to the puff of smoke at times

As long as the puff of smoke is coming from the tailpipe and not the engine block, it's probably just condensation in the lines.
If it looks like this when you start it up, take it to the dealer:

Definitely would hope the AC still works if I had to drive that back to the dealer. 🤪
