Hello all,
Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving.

I love cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats and pretty much anything with an engine.

I ordered a launch edition Gladiator and I really enjoyed it. Then the Bronco Raptor came out and I bought one and took my gladiator to my beach house and kept the Bronco at my full time home in Texas. Ended up loving the Bronco so much I traded the gladiator on a 2024 Shelter Green Bronco Raptor. Kept that one in Texas and took my 2023 Bronco Raptor to the beach.

Then this week out of the blue my Jeep DNA was kicking in and I ended up working a deal to trade my 719 mile Bronco on a 2024 Final Edition 392. As I write this on thanksgiving night I’m anxiously awaiting delivery of my 392 tomorrow night. So I’m excited about learning from you guys about this new Jeep.

I still really enjoyed my Bronco but having two even though they are in two different states didn’t make that much sense ( I know) plus with the current market and the Bronco sinking in value I didn’t want to put another $20k in it to get it the way my other one is and the way I want it.

Since I was a kid I’ve had three Jeeps. I still have a 1985 CJ7 with a Chevy 350. But needless to say I’m looking forward to the beast that’s on the way and taking some knowledge from you guys.

Attached see the new Jeep, the traded in Shelter Green Bronco and the Area 51 Bronco that I’m keeping.

Welcome. I used to have a 79 CJ7 with a Chevy 350 in it. Both of your Broncos look great but I think you’ll really enjoy your 392! Let us know after you get it.

Welcome! Love the colour of the Bronco. I'll be curious to hear your impressions of the 392 once you get some miles on it. Congrats!

Welcome to the group. The 392 FE looks great in white. Curious how you like the Hummer EV? I've been debating it since Stellantis can't get their electric vehicles right and my 4xe PHEV is still under the recall to not charge it.

Yes sir. I’ll report back. The dealership is bringing it to me today. I should have it in a couple of hours. Bad thing is I’m leaving town tomorrow for about 10 days to get some boat time and fishing in. I guess I’ll have something to look forward to when I get back to Dallas.

Thank you. The color is Area 51. No longer an option. I really like the color.

I actually love the Hummer EV. It’s just different and fun. It’s big and heavy and very fast and the ride is excellent. Never in a million years did I think I’d own electric but I’d buy it again. Plus I got It for MSRP so I didn’t have to pay some crazy market adjustment.

Ok. I got the Jeep delivered tonight. I only took it for a 5 mile loop. Wow. So happy with it. I’ve never driven a 2024 or even seen one in person. I love the interior. The screen is great. The one touch roof thingy is great and very quiet. Plus the ride is way smoother than I imagined. It was a short drive but I’ll sleep well tonight knowing she’s a keeper. Got to say right now I’m liking it more than my Bronco Raptor that I still have at the beach house. I’ll be there tomorrow to test it. I’ll report back after I get some windshield time on my new Jeep.

The one touch sky does start to make noise, but it's not really noticeable until 75 MPH or higher.

I'm sure you will enjoy your Wrangler.

Nothing like driving a vehicle with a V8. I had a F150 Raptor prior and the 392 is a lot more fun to drive. The 8 speed transmission is by far better than Fords 10 speed. I never used the paddle shifters in the Raptor because they were clunky. They work great in the 392 and the 8 speed is predictable and smooth. Good luck with getting to know your new purchase. I doubt there we be any regrets.

Congrats on taking delivery on the new ride. When I had my JLURD, debated and went as far as running numbers at an out of state dealership on a Braptor. Right before we left on the 5 hour road trip, decided against it and opted for the 392.

Wife did have a WT Bronco that we got rid of in about a years time. Drove great on the street.

Welcome to HEMI-itis and enjoy!🍻

Welcome aboard! Nice boat too

Welcome.
That’s a good start but what about tiddies and guns?

My 2024 Final Edition 392 is identical to the one you just purchased. Looks like you stole it from me! LOL Anyway, I've had mine since they first arrived on the lots and have enjoyed every minutes of it. I does make a lot of noise if you happen to live in a residential neighborhood, so I'd advise you to turn off the performance muffler until you get out in open country! Have fun!
