Hello,

Introducing a new blue 392 to the group. This one is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Ordered in January, 2022, and received it beginning of May. The engine makes all the difference in the 4 door, totally awesome! Unfortunately we don't have an option for the XR out here, but a big step up from my JKU.

Looking forward to building it and pretty sure it will live up to its potential. Looking forward to learning from all y'all on the forum.

I bet you’ve got some rocky roads there. Welcome and be prepared for fun every time you climb in her.

Thanks guys, its already a blast to drive.

Welcome, looks amazing 🤩
Thanks, I see you got the XR with the One Touch Top in Greece. Is it imported or purchased locally?

We have got some rocky areas if we go north, very sharp rocks. We mostly go through Roads that have been carved through the rocky areas, and some "rock crawling" to get to a secluded camp site. Nothing like y'all have in the US.

The mountains make for a lot of fun when some rain has come through. Most of the country is desert, with big dunes, and which is really enjoyable.

Welcome @Rogue !! Cant wait to see what you do to the jeep for those dunes

How's the process for getting a Jeep out there? I understand plenty of awesome vehicles get shipped out there but is the process difficult?

Will keep it mostly OEM+, as I don't think much is needed now we have a V8. Lift, tires, drive shafts and gearing are on the cards, but will take it one step at a time. Out here overlanding is the way to go, so have a good spring and shock setup will work wanders.

To import/export a Jeep is relatively easy, there are a few shipping companies that can manage it for you. I imported a car myself when I first got out here and getting through customs etc. was not difficult.

For most we buy on the second hand market which is really good right now, or go to the Jeep dealership directly. There was a time cars were cheaper here, but recently I think that ship has sailed.
