Just tell me which products you used to boost that horsepower even more.

When I get mine, I'll be on the same hunt

Some local loud mouth has a 392 and is bragging it up that a "chip" has given him 37 more HP. Not sure what to think about that. BS or??

Hmmm... while tuning turbo and supercharged diesels, even gas powered engines is common and can produce BIG gains, squeezing additional HP out of an already precisely tuned naturally aspirated engine isn't all that equitable.. usually only yielding a very modest bump in HP. In fact, the number is usually so negligible companies like Bully Dog and Diablo don't even state an actual number - just that there's a "gain." I'd be a little leery, but you never know. We ALL know there's more room in that 6.4 for additional HP

I'm following this thread. Don't have my 392 yet but half the fun will be the mods.

Try Livernoismotorsports.com. $699 tuner for 392 claiming 35 more the the wheels. Plus you can disable 99 mph limiter.
Yeah they have posted a dyno run and gains seem to be good. there was a TQ dip they were able to tune through also so should be strong. If you want more power it seems to be a good option. That or of you have a custom tuner close that could be a option. From what I have read I'm not sure boost on these 6.4's is a good idea so probably a good tune with someone who knows what they are doing is the best bet. The real question is what's the weak link and on these I think it will be the axle's.

Just a little info on the Livernois. I was looking into it but decided to leave it alone. The $699 is to tune your ECM. To maintain the warranty for another $700 they will send you a new programmed ECM. You would have to swap it out before dealer service. I have the Mopar 8/100 warranty and wouldn't be happy if it was voided. Was skeptical swapping the ECM that the mileage difference would be detected.

Interesting… wonder if anyone has experience with this tuner yet?
Livernois Motorsports tuned my TrackHawk... Changed Upper & Lower Pullys on the supercharger, higher volume injectors, unlocked the computer and did some tuning to run on either E85 or 93 Octane. Also tuned the transmission shift points of each driving mode. Check out the dyno run sheet for results measured from the wheels. Torque comes on much quicker. Bottom graph (red) was stock before mods, middle (dark blue) was after mods on 93 octane and top graph (light blue) was on E85. Before getting on it, the driving mode selector must either be in Track Mode or the stability/traction control system must be turned off otherwise the car freaks out and doesn't know what to do when it shifts and tends to go sideways.

I opted for the Tazer Mini and the Pedal Commander. The main thing the Tazer did was make appropriate adjustments to the shift points and how the Jeep handles the 37' tires, night and day difference. Without the tire size adjustment, the Jeep is very sluggish and doesn't shift into second until close to 3K rpm. The Pedal Commander is fabulous and a very cost-effective performance upgrade considering the amount of improvement you receive. I run it in Sport with no other adjustments and occasionally, accidently spin all four tires when backing into my driveway. Haven’t had an inclination to try Sport+ yet because I’m working on becoming accustomed to the basic Sport mode. It can catch you unprepared at times with the quickness and amount of response it provides. Here is a link to order a Pedal Commander for $30 off if interested. https://loox.io/z/E1W8GeX6c

Ok here I go!
I have the tazer mini and pedal commander in hand.... just building up the courage to "just install it myself"..... and procrastinating bc of the 100% humidity ugh.
But i can't wait!
Yesterday my still unnamed 392 lost her "mud virginity" and today she's getting her "pep" back. What a fab week so far!

Good choices... Should you care for some assistance in their installation, how might I be able to help remotely?
