Curious if anyone here has been logging their service intervals on this site? I purchased my 23 392 in January and have done all of the fluid changes myself, someone here mentioned the site to me as a way to log your self maintenance as well as any work done my the dealer. I have not been able to log any information in my garage and the system still shows me as not being the registered owner? The whole site seems pretty wonky and lacking, curious what your guys experience has been?

Of it won't let you add your Jeep by putting in the VIN, you'll have to call the number they list so that they can change things on the backend after they verify you are the owner. I had to do that on the 2019 Rubicon that I bought used. My 2024 392 showed up in there automatically because I used the same email address when I ordered it and filled out the paperwork buying it.

On your question, I haven't put any service records in there yet, but I do plan to on my 2024.

Plus you can use the mobile app to put the records in so it is easier than having to go get you computer to do it. Wish they would have it so you could upload pictures of your receipts, but they have the basic stuff there. It is under the service section and then Uber history.

Figured I would need to call them, thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. I have paper records I am keeping in a folder but liked the idea of something online under the Mopar name.

The Mopar app will also let you add any Mopar. I originally had it for my RAM, and after buying the jeep it somehow magically got added! Mine is still the RAM logo though. The maintenance history is nice just for a cover your ass moment.
