The Falken's are ~ $500 a set less than the Nitto Trail Grapplers, so I will probably give then a try. I liked them as stock tires on a 2021 JLUR I had, but in a smaller stock size of course.
I went out on a limb and purchased a "Road Hazzard" warranty on this Jeep. Tires, wheels, windshield, and paintless dent repair are covered for 7 years. I specifically asked about replacing wheels if damaged off road, even if the wheels are aftermarket wheels, and they said they were covered. Any damage to the wheels that cannot be polished away gets you a new wheel the same as the one that was damaged. So, I asked if a Method Bead Grip wheel scratched up on the Rubicon Trail would be replaced for free, and they said yes. I asked how they could do that with a Jeep, and they didn't think there was any problem with it. I'm on my 4th set of wheels on the 392. The first three sets all had terrible deep scrapes and gouges in them. I only replaced one set because of damage, and the rest I just lived with. If this warranty is legit, I won't have to do that. Same goes for tires, the 38" Falkens are warrantied against any damage, including running over a nail at a construction site. If I replace them with 40s, the new 40s are covered, and so on, for up to 7 years. This sounds too good to be true, so it probably is.
